Coach & Volunteer Registration

Coaches, Managers, and most volunteers must register on a yearly basis. There is no cost for this registration but it is necessary to keep our records up-to-date, and to ensure we are keeping up with current USA Hockey requirements.

In order to complete this registration, all potential volunteers must provide the following:

1. USA Hockey Number
2. Contact Information
3. Sign/Approve Waivers

All volunteers MUST complete a USA Hockey Background Screening and SafeSport Training before participating as a volunteer in any CKHA activity. SafeSport training is required every calendar year.

Volunteer Requirement

All member families are required to volunteer 8 hours (credits) every season. Coaches, Team Managers, & Board Members that fulfill their duties in said role automatically fulfill this requirement.

Do I need a USA Hockey Membership?

Yes, all Volunteers need a USA Hockey Membership. Registration for Managers and Volunteers is free, coaches must pay the current USA Hockey membership fee.
