Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Learn To Play
1. If player is injured prior to the start of this session and will be unable to participate due to injury, the club will issue full refund. Refunds for withdrawal due to injury sustained two weeks after session start will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors. 2. Any withdrawal after the session begins is considered a voluntary decision and no refund will be granted unless item 1 above is in effect. Any outstanding registration fees will require full payment. 3. Failure to pay any outstanding balance to Central Kentucky Hockey Association will result in participant not being allowed to register for any Central Kentucky Hockey Association sponsored team, clinic, or evaluation until payment is received in full. 5. Any and all refunds are subject to Central Kentucky Hockey Association Board of Directors approval and discretion. The decision of the Board of Directors will be final.
8U Mite Hockey
Due to budgetary constraints, CKHA is unable to issue registration refunds for any reason (injury, relocation, etc.). For anyone that is concerned about the possibility of a refund, CKHA recommends looking into RegSaver provided by AIG and NEXT WAVE INSURANCE SERVICES, LLC. Their multi-event policy covers an entire sports season and the premium is only 7% of your season fees. More information can be found at https://registrationsaver.com/youth-sports/ CKHA is not affiliated with AIG, NEXT WAVE INSURANCE SERVICES, LLC, or RegSaver and does not receive any portion of the premium collected.
House League Hockey
Due to budgetary constraints, CKHA is unable to issue registration refunds for any reason (injury, relocation, etc.). For anyone that is concerned about the possibility of a refund, CKHA recommends purchasing registration insurance, which is offered as part of this registration. Registration insurance is offered by a third party and CKHA does not receive any portion of the premium collected.
High School Hockey

Equipment Rental
Refunds will be issued if equipment cannot be used due to injury. Requests for refund will be reviewed by the CKHA Board.
Coach & Volunteer Registration
This is a free registration . No refunds are issued.
Triple B Invitational
If tournament needs to canceled, refunds will be given.
